The Cleveland Browns are in the market for a new head coach, and one analyst predicts the team will hire an offensive coordinator three times with a lot of success in 2025.
The Browns have predicted they will hire an offensive coordinator as their next coach

After six seasons with Kevin Stefanski, the Cleveland Browns decided to make a change in head coach.
The search for Stefanski's replacement is in full swing, and the Browns are already interested in several candidates.
One coach the Browns have not interviewed or requested is Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. However, Yahoo's Jori Epstein predicts Kubiak will land in Cleveland.
"Clint Kubiak is a bright, young offensive mind who will bring the much-coveted Shanahan-McVay system to Cleveland," Epstein said.
Kubiak is widely regarded as one of the hottest coaches in the league and attracts interest from many teams, so there will be competition for his services.
A three-time offensive coordinator, Kubiak's best work came this season in Seattle, overseeing one of the league's best offenses despite plenty of turnover on that side of the ball.
Under Kubiak, the Seahawks ranked third in points per game, 10th in rushing yards and eighth in passing, which helped Seattle rank No. 1.
Given the fact that Kubiak had two other offensive coordinator jobs, this would normally be cause for concern as he was one-and-done with both with the New Orleans Vikings.
It was really bad timing, though, as Kubiak came in the final years of Mike Zimmer's seasons with the Vikings and Dennis Allen's seasons with the Saints.
Whether it's Shedder Sanders or someone else, the Browns want to move forward with a new signal caller in 2026, so hiring an offensive coach like Kubiak makes sense.
