RALEIGH, NC.- RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Duke Scott watched North Carolina State fans climb over the walls of the stands, run from all sides and join the Wolfpack in a victory party on the field.

Georgia Tech (8-1, 5-1) enters with its first 8-0 start since 1966 and joins No. 15 Virginia as the only teams undefeated in ACC play.
