The Browns will take up most of the cap.They will collect $2.255 million this year, but will inherit $67.89 million next season.
So getting Garrett in a trade is highly unlikely.It would also require at least two first-round picks, so the Patriots must make sure they can win a Super Bowl in Drake Maye's rookie season.

Kalepil Shakir signed a four-year, $53 million contract and had an amazing career trajectory to the bitter.Boutte is a more explosive player.
