Alexis Jensen (3-1) pitched the first four innings for the Big Red and earned the win in the circle.He allowed two runs, one earned, with five hits and seven strikeouts.Jordy Frahm pitched the final three innings, striking out all nine batters he faced and picking up his third save of the year.Frahm also recorded four strikeouts.

Hannah Camensind went 2-for-3 with a double, and Jessie Farrell added a two-run home run.Hannah Goor contributed the game winning RBI and she eventually drove in the winning run.

NiJaree Canady (4-1) took the loss.A two-time reigning National Pitcher of the Year, he allowed three runs in 4.2 innings.

Texas Tech scored consecutive runs in the first and third innings to take a 2-0 lead.
