The Blues are trading veteran defenseman Justin Faulk to the Detroit Red Wings, according to Sportsnet.
TSN reports that the return is a first-round pick and the third-round pick is St. Louis, along with veteran defenseman Justin Holl.
Faulk would be the second high-profile player traded by St. Louis today.
Bobby McMann has reportedly been traded to Seattle.
Maple Leafs forward Bobby McMahon has been traded to the Seattle Kraken, according to SportsNet.
TSN reports the 2027 second-round pick and 2026 fourth-round pick will return to Toronto.
Brayden Schein's return includes a first-round pick.

St. Louis Blues center Brayden Schenn is reportedly ready to be traded to the New York Islanders, according to multiple sources.
Sportsnet's Friedman Elliott was the first to report.
Schenn, 34, has been a fixture for the Blues for the past nine seasons, including the 2019 Stanley Cup championship. He is 12-16-28 in 61 games this year and would likely be a middle hitter on Long Island.Notably, Schenn has a career-high 54% winning percentage this season.

Jordan Eberle signed a two-year contract extension worth $5.5 million per game with the Seattle Kraken, Sportsnet reported.

The move reunites Nick and Marcus Folino on the same team for the first time in the brothers' NHL careers.Nick Folino, 38, has played in 1,270 NHL games and is 3-8-11 in 37 games this year.
The Athletic is reporting that Nick Foligno is headed to Minnesota for a future evaluation.

The Philadelphia Flyers have traded Bobby Brick to the Minnesota Wild for former defenseman David Jiracek, The Athletic reports.
Brink, 24, is in his third full NHL season, all with Philadelphia.He is 13-13-26 in 55 games, playing 15 minutes per game.He had a career-high 41 points last season.
Jiricek, 22, is considered one of the league's top defensemen after being selected No. 6 overall in the 2022 draft by Columbus.But he struggled to find a clear NHL role with the Blue Jackets and was traded last season to Minnesota for Daemon Hunt, a 2025 first-round pick, a 2027 second-round pick and more mid-round picks.
Jiracek has not recorded a point in 25 NHL games this season.

Will Steven Stamkos stay in Nashville?
Steven Stamkos denied a report from Sportscaster Pierre LeBrun earlier this week that he could decide to waive his no-hold-barred clause.
But there is interest.LeBrun reported on March 5 that several teams had reached out to Nashville to inquire about Stamkos.
Stamkos' production has increased over the last four months, scoring 24 goals and assists 16 times in 40 games since December 1, after the start of the season.
Considering the compensation offered on the trade market this week, the Stamkos deal would yield a notable package.
John Carlson was in business in Anaheim
After 17 seasons, John Carlson finished his season with the Washington Capitals.
Carlson was conditionally traded to the Anaheim Ducks for a 2026 first-round pick and a 2027 third-round pick, the teams announced.If Anaheim makes the playoffs this season, Washington will receive a 2026 first-round pick from Anaheim.If the Ducks miss the playoffs, they have the option to trade a 2026 or 2027 first-round pick in Washington.
Conor Garland traded to Columbus Blue Jackets
Connor Garland signed a six-year contract with the Vancouver Canucks last year that begins next season and will not be a Canuck for the duration of the deal.
