• Jalen Carter is back at practice for the first time since shoulder surgery.
• No Lane Johnson yet, although he is expected to be ready to play in Buffalo.
• Nakobe Dean did not train, as expected.Vic Fangio told reporters that Dean was not seriously injured, but his status for Sunday is "uncertain."
• AJ Brown got his wisdom teeth out.He is fine.
Thursday Notes (no exercises, just estimates):
• The Eagles did not practice on Christmas Day, so the injury report is an estimate only. There were no changes from Wednesday to Thursday.
• S Andrew Mukuba (IR, eligible to leave IR after Week 16): Mukuba had an up-and-down rookie season, but is starting to earn the trust of defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. On the season, Mukuba has 46 tackles and 2 INTs.He's eligible to come off IR this week, even though Fangio said a week ago that he wasn't ready.Marcus Epps played well
• WR Johnny Wilson (IR, knee/ankle, out for season): Wilson is a big receiver at 6'6, 228 who did a terrible job as a physical blocker in his rookie season in 2024, though he was a bit too aggressive at times, committing four penalties (3 interceptions, 1 OPI).He wasn't much of a threat as a receiver, catching just 5 passes for 38 yards and a TD.
• EDGE Ogbo Okoronkwo (IR, triceps, able to come off IR at any time, could end season): Signed Okoronkwo to provide depth on the edge.Played in one game (4 shots) before tearing triceps.
• EDGE Azeez Ojulari (IR, triceps, eligible to come off IR at any time): Ojulari projected as the third EDGE defender in the pecking order when he signed with the Eagles as a free agent, but is now no better than EDGE7.
• FB Ben VanSumeren (IR, knee, offseason): VanSumeren was poised to take on a larger role in the Eagles' offense in 2025 as a full-time linebacker, but suffered a torn patellar tendon in the season opener. His season is over.
• iOL Willie Lumpkin (IR, season ended): Lumpkin was a bit of a surprise because he is a 5'11 offensive lineman who weighs only 290 pounds. He looks like a player you create in Madden just for fun.But coming out of North Carolina, he received rave reviews for his play on the field and played well in the preseason after he signed with the Rams as a rookie free agent. The Rams waived Lumpkin due to injury. The Eagles later claimed him and placed him on IR.
The Eagles opened the 21-day workout window for Lumpkin, which has expired. He will not play this season.
• OT MyLes Hinton (IR, Eagles opened four 21-day windows on 11/19): Hitnin suffered his sixth injury and has not been on the active roster all season.
The Eagles have activated Hinton's 21-day practice window, which he will not play this season.
• OT Cameron Williams (IR, can leave IR at any time): Williams struggled in training camp and remained on IR.This is actually a red season for him.Williams had his 21-day window activated last Thursday but is still unlikely to play this season.

• Josh Allen has a leg injury, though he almost certainly will play.Allen runs with reckless abandon and is often the punisher as opposed to the punisher during his runs. We'll see if this injury affects how he moves.
• Joey Bosa suffered a hamstring injury last weekend, so he'll have to wait to do it again against the Eagles.
• Dalton Kincaid (523 receiving yards) and Dawson Knox (363) rank second and third on the team in receiving yards. Neither practiced on Wednesday.
• Jordan Poyer is still starting in the NFL at age 34. He has 70 tackles and one INT in 10 games this season.
• Matt Prater became the Bills' kicker after Tyler Bass was injured during training camp (see below). He did not play last week and Michael Baddeley was called up from the practice squad.Badgley had a poor game against the Browns and the Bills also had some kickers this week. This is an area of concern.
• Jordan Phillips, if you remember, was guilty of a cheap shot against the Eagles in their 2023 game, and pushed a fan.Bad guy, bad player. It doesn't matter if he can play or not.
Thursday (no practice, just estimates):
• Beals did not practice over Christmas, so the injury report is only an estimate. The only change from Wednesday to Thursday was Bosa's upgrade to Limited.
• DT Ed Oliver (IR, eligible to return at any time): Oliver is a very good player, who had 9.5 sacks in 2023, 3 sacks in 2024 and 3 sacks in 3 games in 2025 before suffering a torn biceps injury. He may return at some point this season, but it won't be during this game.
• DE Michael Hoecht (IR, season tight end): The Bills signed Hoecht to pay this season (3 years, $21 million) and had two sacks in two games before tearing his Achilles. This season is over.
DE Landon Jackson (IR, season-ending): Jackson is a third-rounder who appeared in Game 3 before tearing his MCL and PCL.His season is over.
• DT DeWayne Carter (IR, season ended): Carter is a rotational defensive end for the Bills in 2024.He tore his Achilles in August, ending his season.
• CB Darius Slay (DNR): After the Steelers waived Slay, the Bills claimed him off waivers, but did not notify the team.
• S Taylor Rapp (IR, season likely over): Rapp was the starting safety. He played in six games, before having surgery on a sprained knee that he tried to work on.His season is probably over.
• S. Damar Hamlin (IR, season ends): Hamlin started for the Bills in 2024 but played a limited role with the 2025 team.He suffered a chest injury and his season was over.
• CB Dorian Strong (IR, season over): Strong is a sixth-round rookie who played in four games this season (1 start), before suffering a career-threatening neck injury.
• WR Curtis Samuel (IR, eligible to come off IR at any time): Samuel has a 7-81-1 stat line in 6 games this season. He went on the IR with a knee and elbow injury. He is eligible to come off IR this week.
• WR Mecole Hardman (IR): Hardman is a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Chiefs who signed with the Bills this offseason. He only played in one game, but he had a 61-yard punt return in that game.He landed on IR with a skull injury, but the Bills opened his 21-day window last week.
• K Tyler Bass (IR): Bass has been a great kicker hitting over 80% every year of his career. He underwent surgery to correct a hip injury that persisted throughout training camp. The Bills kicker this season is Matt Prater, who is 18 of 20 on field goals, and 43 of 46 on PATs.
